These terms govern the use of the WeConfirm platform, a SaaS service for automatic COD (Cash on Delivery) order confirmation via WhatsApp, operated by WECONFIRM LLC.
1. Service Description
WeConfirm is a platform that automates COD order confirmation via WhatsApp. The service includes: automatic WhatsApp confirmation messages, an order management CRM, an analytics dashboard, integration with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce) and Moroccan delivery companies.
2. Eligibility
To use WeConfirm, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Have a valid business activity • Provide accurate information during registration • Comply with applicable laws
3. Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • The confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity under your account • The accuracy of information provided • Content of messages sent to your customers through our platform
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Send spam or unsolicited messages • Use the service for illegal products or services • Violate WhatsApp / Meta Business policies • Attempt to compromise platform security • Resell or sublicense access
5. Pricing and Billing
Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Payments are processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' email notice.
6. Free Tier and Promotions
• The free plan includes 25 free AI confirmations, no commitment required • Manual confirmations via CRM are always free • Promotional offers subject to specific conditions • WeConfirm reserves the right to modify or remove promotions
7. Refunds and Cancellation
• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and non-refundable pro rata • You may cancel anytime from your dashboard — access remains until end of current period • Consumed AI confirmations are non-refundable • In case of verified technical issues, a credit may be issued
8. Intellectual Property
WeConfirm and all its components are the exclusive property of WECONFIRM LLC. You retain all rights to your data and content.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". WeConfirm does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with 30 days' notice or immediately for violations. Data retained 30 days after termination.
11. Payment Security
All payments processed via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never store full credit card numbers. All communications encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
12. Customer Data Confidentiality
Your customers' data is strictly confidential. Never shared between merchants. Only used to provide the confirmation service.
13. WhatsApp / Meta Compliance
By using WeConfirm, you agree to comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, including obtaining explicit customer consent and respecting opt-out requests.
